The basement also has a full kitchen, living and dining area along with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath as well as a laundry room. This home is professionally decorated throughout with new furniture. But the BEST PART of the house that will be enjoyed by kids and adults alike is the game room in the basement featuring all your favorite arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat and NFL Blitz. You will feel right at home and never want to leave this clean and comfortable home!

Equipped with every necessity, from ultra-fast Wi-Fi to three separate smart TV’s throughout, we are committed to doing all we can to help you have an outstanding stay!

Located just minutes away and within walking distance of the Utah State Campus and Logan Canyon. Fully equipped with kitchen essentials, brand new appliances, quartz countertops, large island, farmhouse sink, and bar seating for three. Dining table for six.


UPSTAIRS LIVING: Flat screen Smart TV, comfy leather couch, and chairs.


PRIMARY BEDROOM (UPSTAIRS): King bed, walk in closet, windows with lots of natural light, and flat screen Smart TV.


PRIMARY BATHROOM (UPSTAIRS): Right off the master bedroom with vanity, toilet, and large, custom-tiled shower.


BEDROOM 2 (UPSTAIRS)::One queen bed, vintage night stand, beautiful rug, closet, and luggage stand.


UPSTAIRS BATHROOM: Beautiful vanity with dual sinks, toilet, tub/shower combo.


DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN/DINING: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and sink. Dining table that seats 4.


DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA: Extremely comfortable sectional couch, large flat screen Smart TV.


DOWNSTAIRS GAME AREA: 3 arcade games packed. Ms. Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat come equipped with 16 additional games in each console. Maximize the fun and ambiance of the downstairs area with LED multicolored lights.


BEDROOM 3 (DOWNSTAIRS): Queen bed and closet.


BEDROOM 4 (DOWNSTAIRS): Trundle bed (two twin beds) and closet.

BACKYARD: Fully fenced and gated large space with no neighbors behind.


PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles, and one vehicle along the side of the house. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we do ask that parking on the street be avoided.


Guest access: You will have access to the entire interior of the home along with the spacious fenced backyard. At this time, no guest access to the garage will be permitted. There are security cameras on the outside perimeter of the home. No security devices are on the interior of the home.


Pets: We love furry friends (up to two) at our home. We have doggy bowls, an extra leash and poo bags to help make your pets stay just as enjoyable as yours. An extra fee is required for furry friends. The back yard is contained with a locking gate to ensure your pet won't run off!

Housed Our Family Fun Perfectly
This home was just what our family needed. We were coming from four different locations for our annual family fun weekend. Age range was 7 to 77 with one medium-sized dog. We were so comfortable staying here and enjoyed the amenities. All five bedrooms and three bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is very roomy, stocked with enough dishes to prepare meals, and the Keurig is a nice touch. We liked that three vehicles could park off the street. The fully fenced back yard was beautiful. It was extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location
We had an extended family members staying at this home while in town for a wedding. This house was a perfect “home base”. We had plenty of space and loved having two kitchens and three full bathrooms. It would have been nice to have had the back yard mowed and patio chairs on the back patio so we could have enjoyed the yard more.

Property was perfect for 5 adults, 2 teens, 9 yo and a dog for visiting family over the Christmas holiday. Very well-appointed amenities - mixing bowls, an electric mixer and baking pans all necessities for our holiday meal responsibilities. Property very clean, looks newly remodeled, and host very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place in Logan
Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The house matched the description and had adequate space for 7 adults and 1 infant. It was great having two kitchens as we were able to prepare food to be taken off-site for a larger family gathering. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that a new A/C unit had been installed that kept the house cool as it was quite hot during our stay. We decided not to bring our dogs but the back yard would have been great for them to hang out. The only thing lacking was outdoor furniture in the back. It would have been great to a table and few chairs so we could have sat outside. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and it met our needs.

It was everything we expected. My son made cakes and cupcakes for a family wedding and the two kitchens was perfect. Great location from the church and the reception venue! Spacious inside. Very peaceful! Will book it again if we ever come back to Logan.

Great house for everyone!
We were in Logan for a funeral and wanted to be able to stay with several of our family members so we got this great house. It was so roomy and something for everyone. The Perfect Place!
We were amazed when we walked in and found such a spacious and beautifully furnished home in a neighborhood with mountain views and close to everything! All the beda were comfy with tons of space. Beautiful Large home in Logan
We had a great stay in Logan visiting our college kids. The house was large enough to accommodate our large family. It is beautifully remodeled and fully stocked. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. He was even willing to let us stay another day when the weather suddenly turned. We will for sure be back. Thank You!
