"Nice beach, confortable bed, lovely gardens food is great, however shower was broken and bed sheets didn’t smell clean. If these can be fix would be lovely. To reach property are not pretty surroundings once you even the hotel safety is not an issue "

"Bien situé près des centres d'affaires l'appartement était grand et propre. Service de chambre rapide mais le renouvellement des produits de salle de bain un petit peu économe. Odeur de cuisine le matin étant au 8 ième étage étrange ! 2 Ascenseurs seulement lorsqu'un des deux est défectueux c'est long. Pour le prix on ne peut demander mieux à mon avis"

"Absolutely LOVED this resort! Wish the pool was open earlier and later (only 10-6), but we loved that there was a shallower kid’s pool as well as the regular swimming pool. The waterslide/playground structure that is advertised in the images wasn’t there, but the pool was still fantastic. We stayed here on two separate occasions during our trip. The first time, our reservation through Expedia hadn’t gotten to them, so we arrived and our rooms were unavailable. They were very friendly and helpful, acknowledging our booking even though they had no record, and upgraded us to ocean view suites! When we came back a week later, check in was easy and the staff remembered us as soon as we drove up. We were travelling with four children ages 5 and under, and this resort was great. A playground would be a fantastic addition to the pool and beach, but overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was fantastic, the staff were great( the receptionist and Qudus, the manager, more especially), and it was very close to the airport, east to access other locations in Lome 24 hours. All the staff were helpful, and the water from the shower had fantastic pressure. The only exception was that there was no kettle in the room,m but they gave me hot water (for tea and Coffee) from the Kitchen whenever I demanded. I would stay again. "

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome."

"They needs to maintain the facility for comfort. Air condition was not running properly. Shower was not clean. Towels were smelly. Etc"
