"So my friend and I stayed at Number 31 while attending an event nearby in Dublin over the weekend and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Amazingly comfy bed, huge shower with top quality toiletries, super fluffy towels, and lots of stylish touches such as a lavender pillow spray and tasty chocolates. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. "What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."

"The property is impeccably clean, and it is in the heart of the city close to everything.The two issues are the water temperature for the showers was too low, sometimes only reaching lukewarm and the beds which seem kind of cheap. If you move too abruptly on them you risk popping out the wooden slats that support the mattress which happened twice during our stay. If these two items were remedied, it would be 5 stars in my opinion "
