"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

Conveniently located for heading into the city centre, as well as having lots around to do including lovely walk over the river to Tate Modern. At 10am on a Sunday morning, the buffet was depleted and was not refilled or refreshed in the 45 minutes we were there - everything was cold and when we told the manageress she only then noticed that the heaters had been turned off! Nice stay - but eat elsewhere."
