Hounds Grove is a newly built private residential development situated within the protected green fields of London which has been built to the exacting designs of multiple award-winning Architect Satish Jassall.
The space
It is situated within the thirty acres of the historic Crown Farm which was for many years the site of a much-loved greyhound training and racing track as well as the primary center for the breeding of the famous Spanish Andalusian horses.

The entrance to the farm is guarded by gigantic and wonderfully hand-made cast iron gates which open to a long country track and past a natural rush-filled pond to the peace and calm of the green-roofed bungalows so far removed from the hustle and bustle of urban London.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the countryside, Crown Farm is the perfect destination to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This charming farmhouse is surrounded by lush greenery and open fields, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful weekend getaway. The home boasts three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a cozy living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The wraparound porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Crown farm stays, Romford England
It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .

Nice house complicated check in
A great house with loads of space in a very quiet neighbourhood. The living space is comfortable and the beds are good quality. The kitchen was a little empty to our needs… The biggest problem with the rental of this house was the very complicated check in, the unexpected deposit(in dollars), the mistakes ( different codes given etc…), the useless app and the time taken to get an answer…
