Mold in the bathroom, windows all the time fogged, shower broken (door and shower tap), WiFi is not working properly, very bright hearing due to old building). We tried to get a refund due to mold on the room, which has caused, due to stuffy air in the room, headache, but the property manager is not willing to give a refund - too bad for this circumstances! But the location is very good and the reception was very kind.

The rooms are small, but gif a solo traveler like myself they were perfect. The hotel itself is within walking distance of several tube lines, Hyde park and a busy area with lots of restaurants and pubs as well. Decent accommodations for the price you pay!
