This is an excellent, small hotel which has been renovated with all the state of the art technological requirements. It has a very modern attractive interior. The staff provides outstanding customer service, especially Anrea, the manager. Granted, rooms are small but all tourist class London hotels are small. I've staid a week at a time and was fine with the room They also provide an English breakfast which is unusual for a hotel this size. Highly Recommended!

My second time staying with them, still very impressive. In my opinion, unbeatable price considering the lovely staff at the reception, the welcoming ladies during a early breakfast, late checkout, location… they really did something special with the place, finally clicked why the name starts with “style” 😁. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep between excursions—it’s not a place you’ll hang out and relax. It is a true euro-budget hotel. We were 3 in a triple and there wasn’t an inch to spare. Bathroom is tiny but the linens were clean. As many others have mentioned, the breakfast was a great start to the day. Well insulated from street noise, but we did hear the occupants of other rooms moving around and in the halls. All staff were friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the location.

If you're on a backpacker budget, this is a great hotel. This is an economy style hotel and they provide a complimentary breakfast and 2 drinks for the pub across the street. Very modest small room and I can't complain about the bed or the shower area because that's what we paid for. Front desk staff was very friendly and it's around the corner from Paddington Station.

Proximity to Paddington Station is convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and especially the bathroom were just remarkably small. Perhaps not unusual for London.

This is a solid, reasonably priced central London hotel option for travelers who DO want to be extremely near Paddington Station and reasonably near other attractions but who do NOT expect a lot of extra frills. The rooms are small, as you would expect for the price and area, but well designed to put everything you need at your fingertips. The breakfast is exceptional and the dining area has ample seating. The staff sees to go out of their way to provide information and answer questions. As a bonus perk, the hotel is affiliated with a lively cocktail bar across the street where you can cash in a voucher for a free drink!

It was very close to the station so traveling was a breeze. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The rooms are a bit small but the pictures were accurate so there weren't any surprises. I would definitely stay again

I like the area the hotel is located near Paddington station. The hotel as lift which is really great because not all of them do. There is a lot of good restaurants near by and the staff is very helpful. The bathroom is really small and the cleaning in the room could have been better.

Good, clean, modern hotel very close to Paddington train station and the Heathrow express to the airport. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby. Be aware that a couple of the budget rooms are tiny and windowless. The double and twin rooms are of reasonable size for London.
