They genuinely went out of their way to anticipate and address any questions I had about the city and also provided excellent service. Absolutely a testament to the culture of the place. HUX has a wonderful urban vibe, with (literal) flashes of colour, in an intimate club-like setting. All staff were courteous and helpful, and the location could not be better for Hyde Park, and the food and shopping and tree-lined gardens of Kensington.

Beautifully designed hotel and fantastic service from the entire team. The small restaurant was spectacularly delicious- the ceviche was the best we’ve had outside of Lima. Great DJ vibes at night. Everything was top notch. The rooms are quite small so choose a larger room if you can.
