Very professional warm welcome from moment we were met at the door of the hotel right through to checking in . Lovely comfortable clean room , fantastic selection of restaurants and bars inside the hotel itself and a lovely vibe in evening in hotel . Food & service was lovely at the Italian restaurant too . Great London hotel
Booked for single night using reward points. It was totally worth it given booked with reward points. The spa and gym are incredible (extra fee to access on arrival) and the 'cosy' room was very comfortable with great amenities. Well worth it if you can afford it and even better with reward points. Staff were also very friendly.
