"The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area is very nice and relaxing. I like how the neighbourhood is quiet and still quirky and walkable to many attractions. The only 2 things I can suggest is a better signage for the luggage room and someone to give a quick sweep and mop in the lifts overnight as people go to their rooms with take away spilling drinks and food."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Lovely hotel and v central. We had 2 rooms, one of which had 3 people in so we used the sofa-bed but the hotel did not provide bedding for this. When asked for it to be made up it only had a sheet and blanket, so we had to ask again for a duvet. Each time our request was acted on v quickly but I would have thought that this should have been provided up front. They also forgot a 3rd towel. But the hotel has v attentive staff."

"The staff was very friendly even when i forgot what number room i was in you wasn't allowed to take the key out with you so you had to hand it back in every time you wanted to go out apart from that i enjoyed my stay i have been to a lot of hotels in London over the past few months it was quiet for being in Kings Cross i will stay there again "

"For a traveler based in LONDON i think you'd be hard pressed to beat this location. The hotel has a back door which enters right into Victoria train station and the Victoria tube is across from the station. The hotel is about two/three blocks in distance from the plays Wicked and Hamilton. It's less than a miles walk from the 'changing of the guard' at Buckingham. The hop-on-off-bus stop is in front of the hotel. Their are decent and quick eateries everywhere. The only negative would be the...
