we kept calling The emergency number over and over again till they picked up. After an hour they finally got back to us and moved us around 10. :00 p.m. our original hotel room had three rooms and they moved us to a hotel room with only.

I love staying here. This my 3rd time. Barb at the front desk is amazing and always so kind and helpful. I will only stay here now when coming to Long Beach. The only thing I wish is the rooms came with more blankets but overall 10/10

We have stayed here before and it was great. This past stay we encountered a few issues, nothing major. The fan in the bathroom didn't work when we needed it, it came after on its own. There was also no place to hang up any clothes. The outside light wouldn't come on either.

Very nice property. My family of 5 had plenty of room. We loved being able to cook and a place to chill (couch and chairs). We would definitely stay here again.

Beds are older and spring mattress not comfortable, all linen nice however except pillows also very uncomfortable. Overall room was very clean and vibrant for the rate charged

The room was booked for 6 adults. Not adequate space for 6 adults. The dishes were disgustingly dirty and the floors were dirty. There is an inch of dust bunnies under the bed. The beds were absolutely terrible. The pull out couch was not even usable it was so bad. Would not recommend.
