Great holiday destination great location. Lots of dinning opportunities nearby and felt safe. Only issue we had was with the TV and it was a bit annoying it took three days to sort out. That said the staff were lovely, professional and very helpful.

The service is here is exceptional. The art of hospitality lives on here. From your first “hello” at the door - to all the small touches - the staff here are impeccable. It’s a great location. We will be back.

Great location, beautiful grounds for the holidays. Tremendous amount of people though in and out looking at the tree and decorations. Extremely long lines for check in. For the amount of money paid, no nightly water in room and our room was missed for cleaning one day. Had to call multiple times to get pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and extra towels as we had 4 people in a room. During check in, no explanation of hotel, services or area. Just given key cards. I had to ask them to point me in the right direction to get to room. Again nothing big but the amount of money spent per night here I would have expected better service. The guys helping in and out of building and luggage were the best as well as the service in the coffee/ bakery shop.

Location is the plus. Great location for people who gets to know the city and likes to walk all the places... this is your place. Quality time.

The staff was impeccable…from the time you walk through the door until you leave!!! I’ve never experienced this level of customer-oriented service. Will never stay anywhere else! Thanks to everyone!!!
