"Great budget hotel is you are planning to visit NYC on a budget and not necessarily planning to spend time indoor. Very convenient shuttle bus to Port Authority. Staff is always available to help amd are very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this hotel and will be staying again during next visit. "Bedding had holes and stains on, was washed but horrible looking. Door was not tight, had about a 3/4 “ space of play. Had a chain lock. I had to put a chair under handle to feel a little safer. Had to twist light bulb to turn off and on. If we would known the area and had time and money to find another place we would have! Not recommended!!!"
