Featured Hostels in Long Island City and around

HI New York City - Hostel
2.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1003)
"Before booked I read some comments that said is dirty and the staff is rude or whatever. Nothing like that. The place is nice: clean, the staff is good as well. They have a cafeteria with variety of drinks including orange juice, coffee and a selection for breakfast (fruit, eggs, croissants, baggies etc). The WiFi is very good. The rooms are good as well. The only thing I didn’t like is the elevator it take so long to get from one floor to the other and the locker at the room are not big enough...

"This an easy 5/5 for its category. A no frills, budget friendly option, with friendly and helpful staff. It was a short stay and I didn’t need much. The staff made it easy from checking my bags to get me set up at check-in. I was fortunate to have respectful roommates. The pod was big enough to sit up straight inside which was a relief."

Kamway Lodge & Travel - Hostel
2.0 star property
5.8 out of 10, (124)
"Stellar for the price. The woman at the front desk answered all of my questions and was extremely kind. Extremely walkable to public transportation. We had our own private bathroom and shower. There was even a—rather large—private deck attached to our room. We were only in the room to sleep and it met all of our needs. I would stay here again :) If cleanliness is a deal breaker for you, I would suggest elsewhere. "
