"It's a pet friendly hotel it's should be disclosed to people . The use of air fresheners in the rooms was overpowering . A room should be offered that isn't in a pet area. The walls are VER thin between room you can hear normal conversations that people may not realize"

"Would have been lovely if they told me I needed a $20 voucher when I checked in and provided said voucher. Was told I had a $20 credit that could be utilized anywhere within the hotel and turned out to not be the truth. Better communication between Expedia and the hotel should have been maintained on how to receive said credit."

"This is a great place to stay while visiting NYC. The hotel has easy access to transportation into NYC via subway and bus. It's very walkable and has great eating options around the property. It was a great place to return to after a busy day in NYC."
