"We’ve never stayed in duck creek village before so we didn’t know what to expect, but we were so pleased with its beauty and central location to the places we wanted to go. We ended up spending more time at the chalet rather than leave as much as we had planned because of how quiet and comfortable the place was! All the amenities were great! "Barb and Randy are wonderful hosts. Like others have said, make sure you have 4WD and use the alternative directions in inclement weather. The pellet stove requires a bit of patience to start… use the full direction in the mud room if you need more guidance. Kitchen is well stocked! We used the grill twice in spite of the weather! Wish we could have enjoyed the front deck more but the weather was not on our side. But the view from the couch was amazing as well haha. Took a walk around the block...
