"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Hotel lobby certainly gave the wow factor, staff friendly and very easy to approach. Bedroom was comfortable and clean although dated. We happened to stay when storm Bert was at his finest, so poor sleep due to windows rattling and whistling, curtains didnt quite meet either. "The hotels best features are the view of the sea and also the original Victorian decor. Parking is easy and the dining room is spacious and comfortable, again with a super view. Rooms are clean though All would benefit from upgrades and renewals to, for example, furniture. Dining is good and Breakfast is very nice. Stuff are helpful and sometimes very helpful and the location is quiet. "
