"Across the street from RR station. 15 minute walk to main Christmas markets, excellent staff. RR Station unmanned Sunday mornings, which was a hassle when my train got cancelled and i had to "wing it" to get to Brussels."

"Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."

Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. "The hotel lobby is trendy and welcoming. The room, whole a little small was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Had a good view of the theatre. Very good value, short walk from train station and right next to the historical center and lots of dining. Would stay again and definably recommend."
