"The property was amazing, but we had a few issues with the maintenance and communication with the manager. Despite having an engineer and a realtor with us, we struggled with the front door lock every time, successfully opening it only once. We had to resort to entering through a window ( which could be a separate problem). I don’t know if it is broken or they need to give better instructions.
