I liked that the Hotel was close to the airport. The restaurant inside the Hotel is very pricey. There is a McDonald's right outside the hotel that was open 24hrs and was convenient. The area can be unsafe with a lot of homeless hanging around and bothering visitors. The hotel shuttle driver could be a little nicer. Also, dropped us off at wrong terminal.Overall, nice place to stay if only a day or two, not a week or more.

The staff was not very friendly. Security actually raised voice at me for unloading in front of hotel because of shuttle. There was NO shuttle there the whole time we checked in . Had to carry our bags from parking lot.

I enjoyed the hotel, free shuttle to/from LAX was a big plus. Did not like that the pool was closed during our visit. Did not like paying $30/night to park at the hotel. I might stay there again, but will certainly shop around since it's not a slam dunk.
