I enjoyed the updated elevator system. It saves time and takes you directly to your floor. The front desk was very professional and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast buffet had various items to enjoy and met our needs. There was a chipped glass one of us had to drink from but the busser took care of it. The only thing I will say is the rideshare should be able to find me at your property. It is difficult when your driveway is closed

I requested early check in, Waited, waited finally went down to front desk around 2ish.... She said due to the employee doing a premature check in it showed we were already checked in so we wasted a few hours sitting waiting to be notified. We left to get starbucks came back and our room key didn't work. Had to wait and get that taken care of.

The staff was friendly and helpful which was great. We got a suite , I expected there to be a window but when we opened the curtain it was just a brick wall.. wouldve not picked that room if i had known that. A headsup wouldve been appreciated. There not being a window was a big deal for me. Also when we checked in the first day.. the shower curtain had stains and so did one of the bed sheets. The door handle of the bathroom was broken.. i have no complaints against the staff because they were helpful.. its just the condition of the room was not great
