The kitchen and dining areas are designed for entertaining and taking in the expansive views. Additionally, this beautiful property offers high ceilings throughout, four bedrooms, and two fireplaces. Oversized sliding glass doors which lead onto multiple private decks overlooking sand and surf. The master bedroom includes a reading nook, walk-in closet, and large soaking tub. Detached two-car garage with room for extra parking.
Base rental rates off-season are $12K/week; $30K/month; rate increases will apply for high-season and holiday reservations.
