This property was very clean, the food was great, the workers spoke back to you when you great them, the view was spectacular, the only thing is the gift shop workers follows you and kept looking at you to see that you will not steal. I would not spend over 2000.00 dollars to come to Mexico to steal a 20.00 gift and even though I felt very uncomfortable being watch, I ended up spending 50.00 in the store for a birthday celebration we was having. I do not steal because its wrong and I have integrity so if they need to look, do it discretely because they can quickly loose a sale that way. The restaurant staff were the best, they were so attentive to your needs and they deserve every tip we tip each time we dine with them. Wonderful place.

This was my second stay at the RIU Palace Baja California. It’s been 5 years. Not a whole lot has changed about the property since that time. Like all things, there’s been some wear and tear. Maybe there could be a few upgrades to the rooms. In men, the marble around the sinks was chipped. The sofa in the seating area has lost its firmness. I sat down and sank all the way down. And the TV kept losing the signal and the picture and voices were distorted. The food at the buffet (some items were cold & not cooked thoroughly), the Italian restaurant and the pool area snacks were all decent. I got a frozen margarita swirl from the bar and it was delicious!!! The amenities are cool (the pools, parties, music). Manage your expectations, it’s a basic, economical experience. Enjoy!!!

Everyone was pleasant. The staff was super friendly and they definitely keep you in the tank with all of the activities shows parties and events that they have there. In addition that have reputable people to host your excursions if you feel you need to go. The fact that it’s adults only gives that extra special touch

I love this place. There is so much to do. The parties are amazing and fun. The food was good. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I will definitely be back soon.

The property and staff were good minus a few that seemed to be put out for, heaven forbid, ordering a drink. But you have to do something about the clientele. This property attracts people looking for a deal, and along with that, comes those who are entitled ungrateful b******s. How can you go to MX to an all-inclusive and still be unhappy? Kick these idiots out! There were multiple people yelling at staff who were doing nothing wrong! You don’t like your drink? IT’S ALL INCLUSIVE!! GET SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR FREE!! This aspect ruined our trip. I felt terrible for the way a certain sub group treated the staff!
