"The hotel is beautiful, VERY clean and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. I went for a weekend wedding and had a wonderful time. The only set back was our room had a moldy smell (partial ocean view) and my parents room smelled like pest control chemicals. My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage at the beautfil spa however, I did not receive the $25 per person Expedia credit for spa services that I was entitled to and had to request multiple times the bottle of wine (a welcome gift)...

"The hotel has a lot of public surfaces, which is good. The room we had was big enough for our luggage. There are no lifts, so if you have strollers, ask for 1st floor. The stuff is helpful, but not all of them speak English, which can be an issue if you are not speaking Spanish. The hotel restaurant has various food options to choose from, but it is expensive. The prices on the menu are excluding taxes , so pay attention. I would definitely comeback. "

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
