"Very warm and friendly welcome. Check in was very easy. Room was very clean, comfortable, and warm. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very, very good - highly recommend their fish dishes. This is a gem of a hotel and we will definitely stay here again. Very convenient to Donegal airport (Carrickfinn). "Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again "

"Rooms look old and need updating. Only 4 channels on the TV and the TV itself was a really old model, no chance of casting to it to cover for the lack of channels. When we arrived at 3.45pm we were told that in no uncertain terms that check in time was 4. There were loads of people around reception waiting for their room to be ready. Breakfast was generally a poor experience. On the first morning we waited 20 minutes to get the food after ordering it. We ordered more toast, waited 10 minutes...
