"Property has a huge car park and the hotel us easy to find, in an out if town location. Expevt to have a £100 security depusit tajen which i find u usual and is someyhing aybe the hote, will address in future. Rest assured the rooms are comfortable and if breakfast is taken it is excellent"

"Me and my husband went for my birthday. Just 1night.it was clean staff are friendly.bed was comfortable. Could not fault the place. Would recommend family and friends to try it for themselves. And it's cheaper than weather spoons to stay. We didn't eat there but other people said the food is good.we will go again sometime. Keep up the good work all the best for the future.vivian Phil. "Fabulous service and staff with a fab view over the brayford pool even for a standard room. Not slept so well in years felt very comfortable as a single female traveller. Also convenient for train station and all sights.... Thumbs up all around from me 👍"
