Welcome to Luckly in Loveland - your home away from home in Loveland, Ohio! Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac. The back patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The space:
- Bedroom 1 with queen bed and Smart TV
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with twin trundle bed (great for kids!) and a desk for working
- Fast wifi
- Outdoor seating
- Well-stocked kitchen ready for meal preparation

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish soap provided

The location:
- Less than 2 miles off of 275. Kroger grocery store is a half mile away.
- The newly opened DVD Brewery is only 0.5 miles away - their Red Ale is my favorite!
- You're only 1.5 miles away from historic downtown Loveland and all that it has to offer - delicious restaurants, adorable boutiques, coffee shops, brewery and taprooms, and of course, the Loveland Bike Trail! Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer.
- Kings Island is about 8 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 18 miles away.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties.

Pet rules and conditions:
- No more than 2 dogs under 50 lbs each
- Dogs must be listed on the reservation request
- Pet fee of $50 per stay
- Pets must be leashed on property (our backyard is only partially fenced)
- Pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash cans
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised
- Pets must be housebroken
- Pets must be crated if left unattended indoors
- Excessive pet hair or cleaning required may result in an additional cleaning fee
- Dogs are not to be left outside unattended
- Excessive barking outdoors is not permitted - we are a quiet residential neighborhood and want to respect our neighbors

A few notes:
Please note that there are two areas of the home not accessible to guests, as they are used for personal storage: the garage and the Bedroom 3 closet.

Nice Home and Great Location
The property is very well taken care of and the owner goes the extra mile for amenities. Communication was wonderful ! The home is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The location is just a few short minutes to downtown sweet Loveland - a wonderful place to shop, dine and ride, walk or run the trail. This is a home we will return to when we’re in Loveland!
