"We spent 3 days at Parmers. We had the Shark room. 1 bedroom sleeper sofa and 2 baths. Great location by the boat launch. The front bathroom drain went to the ground under the unit so we used the 2nd bathroom. We told the staff while we were there. Very simple breakfast provided, bread English muffins fruit coffee. "This place on Sugar Loaf Key is located at mile marker 16 and is a fairly short drive to Key West. We were given a lower floor room which looks directly out onto the gulf. The room is starting to look dated but we only used it for an overnight stay. The beds were fairly comfortable."
