"Nice place to stay and the staff was excellent."

"I really like that the hotel was in walking distance to Volcano Bay! Staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Having a bus take us to the parks is also really handy. A fun bowling alley, fun pools and a lazy river! Playing movies during the night was also fun to experience."

"This was a great stay, amenities are awesome, best rooms I've ever seen. The shuttle is very important and useful because the property is so large. I'd love to come back again. Only awkward part was the sales presentation. I think they only have one sales approach which must work on some people, but definitely not me. Actually, if they weren't as pushy and high-pressure about it, I might have actually considered the offer if there was more time to think it over. Not a dig at the sales person who gave the presentation, but more about me not being the ideal customer profile. Definitely something to consider if you opt in for the presentation."

"Everyone was very pleasant. There was only one working elevator. Transport to the airport was easy. Liked how you had to reserve a time. No worrying that there was not going to be enough room. "

"We really enjoyed our couples vacation. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay . Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Two- bedroom suite was very clean , hot tub jacuzzi was very clean and worked wonderfully. Enough clean towels provided. Cooking dishes provided. Definitely will be returning."
