"The property is beautiful but the staff could be more attentive. When I inquired about early check in I was told it wasn't available but that he would call when a room opened up. I walked around for hours but never got called. When I showed up at the hotel an hour after normal check in, it would have been fabulous if our bags had been moved up to a room, but they were still in the deposit.
