He personally made coffee for us when I came downstairs. The room felt like my own personal apartment. The balcony was comfy and the room was clean. "Lovely apartment. This place has a terrific location, with many great restaurants nearby and subway close as well. It's also close to the Holland Tunnel if you need to get to New Jersey. It was easily able to accommodate my family of 5. Note that it has a washer/dryer, though it wasn't listed on amenities when we were searching on VRBO.
