"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"Great place to stay - good central location. Walkable to a lot / good access to subway. Should be flagged that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - only stairs. Not an issue, but definitely something to consider if you are traveling with many/heavy bags, or are someone who needs accessibility accommodations. Overall great stay!"

The stairs for the other floors of the building were unfinished, the living room closet door had holes large enough to see through into the lobby stairs, there were small bugs throughout the apartment (even though we never opened the patio door). "This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. "

"Everything was great except online check in -pre-check in was not very smooth as I had to re-enter my passport info at least 3x and the system didn’t recognize it. Otherwise the people (reception, coffee barista ) were very nice and the location and room were great!"

"Beautiful property. Incredible kitchen. Assistance from hotel staff was readily available. Ukranian Village area and Veselka restaurant one block away. Quiet even though we were on second floor and right on 9th and 1st. Loved it!"
