The food at the al a cartes and the buffets were wonderful. My husband loved the jerk huts. The signature lounge and the people were lovely! The beaches were awesome! People were so friendly. Cant say enough about the resort. Rooms were immaculate and so clean and attended to.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. It is very big and spacious which was both a good and bad thing. There is a lot of walking involved which wasn’t that pleasant in the heat. They do have golf carts that will take you around the resort but they are hard to get and normally full. Otherwise a great place to stay!

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palladium. The staff and service were excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the friendly greetings and smiles all day and the easy access to get a drink almost anywhere. We would love to go back again.

We stayed for 12 days. What a wonderful time provided by these outstanding hosts. Lot of people, but the grounds are large and the service is top notch. I'd comeback again. The Signature Level is where it's at.

The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was an amazing experience. We stayed in the signature level bungalow for my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it over-exceeded our expectations. From the staff, to the food, to the resort. Everything was amazing! The girls in the Signature Level Lounge were our best friends for our five day trip.

I liked the views, beach, drinks. Overall stay was fine. However my first three days were plagued with backed up bathroom. I was moved to another room and things improved tremendously afterwards. I would go back.
