"This is a beautiful place to stay! We are a family of 4 and we loved the spacious quarters, swimming pool, view, and access to bikes to explore the island. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We liked staying on the North side of Caye Caulker, where it is more peaceful but being able to easily visit the South side by taking the split ferry. Vanzie and Arielle were very communicative and helpful! Loved our time at Bay Towers!"

"The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Everything was clean and ready for us. The condo was in good condition The communication with the owner was great. The property manager was kind. The ac worked well and wasn't loud. It cooled down the condo quickly every time we came back. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was a nice home base to have between our activities during our short stay on the Island. The area was quiet at night and we were able to sleep just fine."

"We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us. "Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life."

Contacted the owner and they sent someone to bring the key to the other Casita about an hour later. The Casita had not been cleaned and we had to wait for it to be cleaned before we could bring our bags in. "What a remarkable experience it was staying at The Palms. They provided us with ease from the get go when our flight was cancelled and we missed one day into our vacation. When we arrived, they set the personal touch with a hand written note and delicious coconut bread. The rooms were absolutely pristine with everything you need. The best part of our stay was Marlon, the hotel manager. His kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness was incredible. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. He was always available with anything we needed and help curate wonderful excursions throughout our stay and even called taxis for us when we didn’t know where to find one. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done to make our stay unforgettable. The Palms picked a great manager for their property. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to our next visit."

"We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Good location, very close to Split. I’d describe the hotel as a perfect combination of the price and quality. Rooms are very big and comfortable. The bathroom could be renovated to the modern standards but doable. We loved a complimentary pick up And drop off at the ferry terminal and free water refills. We would stay there again "
