"The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."

"Lovely room, very spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice but no baked beans and bit lacking but okay. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Would stay again as comfortable stay and dog friendly too."

"What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. "
