"Once you got your head around the key system, it was easy, unless you are not good with tech, then you might have issues. Lovely clean, modern room, great facilities, view the street. Very comfy bed, and all requests were responded to very quickly. I asked for a warmer duvet and more coffee capsules for the kitchen. "As others have commented, the street noise is quite noticeable. I really would not have minded had we not had to keep our windows open while we slept. The hotel was so HOT! There was no way to control the temp in the rooms - the front desk told us that it is set to a certain temp and cannot be changed during the winter. There was nothing they could do. Upon arrival our shower drain was clogged - the issue was addressed but not for a couple of days. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean....
