"This is not a ‘hotel’ in the typical sense of the word with multiple floors/rooms. There was someone at the desk when we checked in, but we didn’t see anyone again until the second night. My husband’s cane went missing from the room on the second day, but there was no one to report it to! The shower doors didn’t open very wide and you had to step up about 10” to the shower floor.
