"The pluses for this apartment is the view, the beds, air conditioning and the garage. The property has a great view but is not lakeside so a bit misleading. I always read reviews before booking, and had noticed comments about lightbulbs, shower, etc. As these comments were made as far back as 2 years ago and the management always responded with promises to fix the issues, I decided to go ahead. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "
