"Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean except the arm rests on the lounge chair it looked dirty and kind of gross. I had to leave early in the morning around 5 AM and it would have been nice if the breakfast area had been open so I could have grabbed something for the airport rather than pay airport prices for a coffee and food."

"Very happy we chose to continue our stay at this great location. My husband’s job is taking way longer than we anticipated, so we have been here a couple weeks now. So our short stay has turned into a much longer one. This location and their staff have been extremely accommodating, especially with our dog who is over 100 pounds. "We certainly enjoyed our stay. The views and the bird watching off the back deck are certainly entertaining. We were even lucky enough to see an alligator one morning. I wish we hadn't been so busy with football in Baton Rouge, so we could have enjoyed the property even more. A return visit is a must! The town of Vacherie is so precious. We met lots of great people, especially at DJ's Grill (we went there twice). Thank you for letting us stay at your unique home."
