"This property is run-down and not kept up. The outside has mold/mildew on the facade, the sink in our room didn’t drain well, the toilet flush button was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the entire placed lacked energy and was low lit and uninviting."

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. "The woman that was working at the desk in the morning and doing the breakfast was over the top accommodating. It's rare that you friend someone that will go above and beyond what needs to done to help guests like she did for me."

"A good place to stay for one night en route to Santander. It is very central. The room is small, so we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night. The shower is extremely (too) powerful and flooded the floor. One of the bath towels looked as though it hadn't been washed as it had marks on it and there was a bit of debris and some dust under the bed, which was disappointing. Apart from that, we would recommend for a cheap place to stay. There is an underground car park very close but it...
