"The staff was very nice and hospitable. The food service was good. However, if you don't have a private vehicle, transportation is non existent. There's no taxi service, and it takes about an hour to get the Uber service they recommend. There are a number of malls within the vicinity, it would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to them."
