The lifts are being replaced and one got stuck only for about 5 mins, the lights went off then came on and it all started working again. Bit scary. Apart from that the hotel is perfect for an overnight connection at one of the easiest international airports in the USA, if you are travelling to Orlando Tampa is often quicker including the drive across. The Marriott is a glare place to stop over if coming from the UK to overnight before a connection or drive to Orlando

The hotel is located right in the airport, that’s what it has going for itself in my opinion. Rooms are very basic and I need of renovations, pillows are down, so they go flat and you have to use 2-3, basic travel hotel.

Still under construction from the hurricane? Corridor to the airport was a mess, water leaking from ceiling, cold because windows were not intact. Our rooms patio door was not operable as work still being done. The only positive was the location and wait staff at the bar area

It’s convenient, that’s about it. It certainly isn’t worth what they charge for the rooms because they’re really nothing special at all. The TV is bigger than average for a hotel room and there’s nice views of the runways but that’s it. There are no other qualifying measures to substantiate the price.

Located right in the Tampa airport, it's convenient for early morning flights. The property itself is a little tired but i believe they're going through renovations (Jan 2025). Staff was amazing and were able to give us a room early.

Well hotel room was over 200 a night with taxes and you had to pay 37.56 to park your car. Dont know how many room there are but out of 3 elevators only 1 was working so wait time to get from the 3rd floor to lobby or lobby to your room was over 10 mins. worst was over 20 mins after going to the lobby to get a pizza I had ordered because drive was not allowed to use the elevator. Worst stay at a major hotel chain I have had better stays at lower price hotel and motels. For example Motel 6 is a 5 star compaired to the Marriott at Tampa International.
