"Hotel St. George is a wonderful experience. However, I wished they had a private parking for guests cars."

"This was my second stay, and we had a fantastic time. I thought I had booked a larger room, and was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Spoke with the manager and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to accommodate us and get us upgraded to a much larger room (for a fare difference). Everyone is always super helpful and nice to guests. This is somewhere that everyone should get to enjoy if and when they find themselves in southern Egypt. Especially families!"

"The hotel is a lot better looking than the pictures suggest. It’s also in a nice and relatively clean area with shops that aren’t charging you tourist prices and the hotel room with the Nile view is a lot better if you can get them!"

"Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities"

"The stay was pleasant and the staffs are very good. The restaurants are good too. I think it is one the best hotels in Luxor. It’s worth the try even though the rooms are a bit dated, but it would do the trick"

"This hotel is centrally located just minutes away from Luxor Temple and adjacent to the town market for souvenir shopping. Breakfast is served on the roof, but after that it turns into a full restaurant which also provides excellent lunch and dinner options. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very well maintained. The only item small negative was that the rooms are pretty small (especially relative to the size of the bed), which makes it difficult to move around and open up luggage. But this is a just a minor inconvenience and should in no way affect your decision to stay here."
