"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. "Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. "It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"
