"The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We had a river view room as a special occasion and received a welcome Prosecco and cake in room on arrival which was a nice touch. It is quite a noisy area as on main road with bar next door but rooms are very well sound proofed so not really a problem.
