"We had a fab week at this cottage in Rousdon. There was plenty of living space and good sized bedrooms, and the kitchen had everything you need. Outside, the garden is large and enclosed so perfect for dogs. The location between Lyme Regis and Seaton is peaceful but convenient to drive to shops, restaurants within 10-15 mins. Highly recommended!"

"This is a special house. Beautiful furnished with artistic and eclectic furniture. Wonderful chill out communal lounges, spacious exterior patio perfect for dining outside, and well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms offering perfect privacy. Everything worked perfectly, including well organised parking minutes away. We cannot recommend Monmouth House enough for a wedding, or any social event where you need to be moments from the best Lyme offers, in a property that makes you feel really special....
