This is not what a hotel should look like
This was a big mistake: - the bed was broken while we arrived, the receptionist found a new one but didn’t offer help and disappeared quickly - the manager promised to give us a feedback from the director, by today nobody contacted us. I have asked for a discount as the price I paid for the room absolutely does not correspond to what I got - the photos do absolutely not correspond to the reality, the window is on the top of the wall and is extremely small, warning for all who have problem with space pressure. Looks like a cellar (6th floor!!!) . The pictures on the web site shows big windows - the rooms are dirty and smells - in the bathroom (which is big) is zero space to put your things on (you have to put it on the floor) - no space to put your suitcase, small room

Too much traffic from the druggies who walk the streets of Heerlen. Our bathroom had fisher bugs and the ladies on the morning shift were not friendly.

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but new and clean. My only complaint: there were not enough electrical outlets to charge our phones and no outlets at the desk for a laptop. The staff was amazing and breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel in the old city center
Nice hotel in the old city center. Staff was nice and friendly. You can park your car in a public garage just around the corner. Quite some bars and restaurants around the hotel, but be aware that they are closed on Mondays.
