It is a basic, no frills hotel that works very well for a night or 2. Good restaurant a couple doors down. Did the job for us.

It was pretty good. It looks better in the pictures though. The bathroom shower never drained while you were in it so you were almost taking a bath by the end. But the water was really hot which I appreciated. Oh if you need a wheelchair, this hotel is not for you. I was on the top floor and there were only stairs, no elevator. I would stay here again.

This hotel holds a special place in my heart. It's right out the train station, but far enough away to not be bothered by the trains, right by Plaza de Armas, and the room was spotless. The staff was also incredibly nice, not just "customer-service nice", but genuinely interested in what we had to say and their breakfast was also great. I love this place, and when I inevitably visit Aguas Calientes again, I will totally by staying there again.

Great little place with breakfast included to start off the day. And they open breastfast at 4:30A for those going to Machu Picchu on the early side. The owner even met our group of 6 at the train to give us a personal escort to the hotel. And the location with the views and the sound of the river, was perfect!

We really liked the room with river/Mountain View’s. The views were amazing. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and pleasant. It’s located away from the buzz of all the people so it is quiet, and right in front of the river and massive mountains. A couple of small nits I do have are that the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the shower would fill up with water. Overall, very happy with this hotel.
