Property is average, location is good if vacationing in the area. If working in the area the location is not the best since the hotel does not offer breakfast. And there is no fast food in the area or anywhere you can get a quick breakfast. No microwave in rooms.

Property was well kept. Would have preferred an elevator to get to the second floor, especially since the stairs were at either ends of the halls. Would have preferred a small breakfast. Other than that the room was clean and place was quiet and convenient to shops, ferry system and restaurants.
