Had my doubts about the pool and beach chair reviews I read before coming but you can reserve complimentary chairs and umbrellas . There are a few and I mean a couple of palapas that are free but for the most part palapas are $60 a day to rent. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt resort"
