"Best location with a family and a car. Safe, good breakfast and convenient. Walking distance from Haram. Though you have to cross a few barriers because of the construction. You still have a shuttle 5 times a day. "

"Checking process was easy and front desk staff were helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It’s about 4-5 minutes walk to masjid an-nabawi. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Overall a wonderful hotel. Excellent location, very close to the Prophet's Mosque. Good breakfast but could do with more meat options and better quality coffee and pastries. There were some issues with the room, listed below: 1. The in-room safe did not work at all. We told Guest Relations but nothing was done for the entire time we were there. 2. We were 3 guests, 2 adults and a child. However many times they only put 2 towels in the bathroom and we needed to call to get more. 3. The bathroom...

"3 minutes walk to the mosque. Hotel was clean. Only downside is there was work going on on opposite the hotel which caused a lot of noise apart from that great hotel would definitely come again. "
